This plan includes the 6 week online training plan and nutrition plan. It will have you do measurements, before/after pictures, and weekly email for motivation and guidance on your nutrtion plan.

I've been an active athlete my whole life. Playing basketball, football, baseball. You name it. I was under the sun and having tons of fun. What motivated me from the very beginning? I tried out for my 8th grade field day track team. I made two cuts, then thought I was cut from the team. After the event date had passed, I received a participation letter basically saying I had made the team but didn't show. I was devastated. My freshman year of high school I tried out for the varsity track and field team, and yes!! I made the team. From that point, I would give my all. Now 25yrs strong.
